Connie Gutowsky was born August 12, 1939, in The Dalles, Oregon. She is a retired attorney who lives in Sacramento with Al, her husband of 43 years. She joined the original Sutterwriters group in February 2002 to learn about the healing power of directed writing to help her cope with rheumatoid arthritis, as well as overseeing the care of her adult severely retarded son. This is her first published book of poetry. |
